YOUNG & Author
If you are the one who always is found to be the one writing. If you enjoy creating stories and writing them. If you have fun when you and your pen are together and feel as if it belongs in your hand. In summary, if you LOVE writing and reading, then perhaps YOUNG & Author is for YOU.
We are looking for kids ages 6-18 who are ready to begin their journey as authors. And what exactly is an Author?
Author:
- writer: writes (books or stories or articles or the like) professionally (for pay)
- be the author of; "She authored this play"
- generator: someone who originates or causes or initiates something;
- An author is defined both as "the person who originates or gives existence to anything" and that authorship determines responsibility for what is created. ...
- the person who created the content of a book, article, or other source.
When you become a member of YOUNG & Author these are some of the things we will do, among many others:
- We will explore with you what your favorite style is
- We will assist you in exploring what kinds of publications you enjoy the best and which ones you are most talented in
- We will assist you in organizing your writing work so that you get ready to publish your own book
- We will hold your hand until you see your own book in your beautiful hands!
This will be a journey of 3 years, however, your book will most likely be ready within the first 12-24 months depending on the speed with which YOU choose to work.
